    Not just Boots branch in Lewes - all branches are jumping to greedy management targets set by indifferent profit hungry executives.
    and hey ho - it is wryly amusing that people seem surprised. It's not just Boots - it's all multi nationals in the high street

    I changed to Bakers and have a great service, they pick scrip from the docs and its always ready on time...enuf said, boots is terrible !!!

    St Anne's in Western Road are so efficient, speedy and courteous. No I don't work there it is just the truth.

    I'm another St Anne's fan. I drop my scrip requests off there, saves me parking at the doctors. Then pick up the stuff a day or two later. The ladies in there are great, really friendly and helpful
    We should have a poll for the shop in Lewes that gives the best service. Then one for the worst!
