You should never judge a book by its cover. There are many different types of people out there who own a Caravan.

Pikeys are definitely on the move, I passed a long line of caravans being towed by Transits last night, they were looking to park up on the estate near Tesco but then all drove off toward Ringmer.

Been to the tip today and saw eight Caravans, numerous vehicles and a tethered horse grazing. The council might have a chance of moving them out because the fence has been cut to gain entry. But I doubt anyone saw them gain access and they'll probably say they found the fence that way.

Funny how ESCC are happy enough to tow away anyone who dares park their car on the public highway when the Olympic advertising train is in town but seem fairly reticent to get involved when people break into and camp without permission on council owned land. I bet if you pitched a tent in the reception of County Hall they'd move you on pretty sharpish.
