Message to young people re earphones,mobiles etc

There's a couple of pensioners around town with carts that go a lot faster than permitted on pavements and pedestrian areas .
But also mobility carts should give way to public as do cars in pedestrian areas - It's the weather, when it's hot people lose brain cells. Narrow misses on a daily basis.0On Mon 28 May 2012 at: 21:21 MDS wrote: 0
