3 Double Bedroom terrace house in popular Lewes area £229,500
This large house is on the quiet Pellbrook road area of Landport, Lewes BN7 2TF.
This is a significantly large property at exceptional value which can be sold with no chain. It has undertaken much care and attention. It is a well built family home, in a lovely area of Lewes, with friendly neighbours. Only a ten minute walk from the town centre, bus routes and 15 minutes from the train station. Viewing is highly recommended, an open day will be held on Sunday 1st July 10:00am -2:00pm. Please contact David Byrne for an information pack on the property , 07877978371 & david.byrne@stbedesschool.org

I've not heard Landport described as a 'lovely area' before.
Which of these 'significantly large' properties is it?

Its funny how people always slag off landport. I live there and the road i live on is very nice with great, friendly neighbors. Why is there never any slagging off about Neville? I now someone who lives there who had guns pointed in their face after answering their front door, another person i know always has bits of their car ruined oh and then there is the story of the stabbing and someone posted here a short while ago about their work van being broken into and tools stolen. All that in a "desirable" part of lewes!

Shall we all go along for the open day, we could have an 'Occupy Landport' camp against the capitalist system and how it creates homelessness!

Stuff happens here just like the rest of the town, Rather live here with true hearted ppl than the stuckup crowd that populates the rest of the town, And you get a very well built house with good neighbours for a great price, move here guys and you will be suprised how great it is .
Why are ppl so scared of Landport, It nothing to worry about, In fact there is nowhere in Lewes to be scared of , We are lucky to live in a town like this
