10:45 - 11:45 Term time only in the small studio at the back.

You don't need any previous experience at all and you don't need ballet shoes, just a pair of thick socks and lots of enthusiasm! People enjoy ballet due to improvements in memory, posture and balance as well as the obvious fitness benefits. The classes are all weight bearing which is a recommended way of exercising to reduce your chances of osteoporosis and they are generally low impact.
Claire is an A.I.S.T.D qualified ballet teacher with many years of teaching experience who has adapted the classic ballet class. This enables almost anyone, whatever their age, fitness or previous injury history to enjoy the class.

Alternate Tuesdays 14 Nov, 12 Dec (no meeting on 28 Nov) and ongoing in new year.
Bring a cushion and blanket. Chairs also available.

Is your deepest desire to know who you are?
Are you longing for peace, for love, for truth, for freedom?
Have you heard the call to come home, to yourself, to the stillness of Being?

An invitation to move beyond the limitation of belief, opinion and perception and to rest your attention on the space of Awareness, of pure Consciousness, the Love that you are. You are invited to shift your perception from the mind to the heart, to ‘feel’ the Truth of who you are, which is ever-present, and begin to view life from the 'eyes of the heart'.

A spontaneous flow of meditation, self-enquiry, questions, insight and sharing/listening – an opportunity to feel and fully allow what is arising in honesty and to enquire into to the Truth of reality.

What is offered is a safe space of Love, of Presence, deep listening and a reflective mirror for your inner process. This is a space where Truth can be seen within yourself, questions can be clarified, misunderstandings can be realised and Love can be experienced as a reality, not simply as concept.

'Meeting in Heart' & 'Waking the Serpent' are held on alternate Tuesdays and are complementary. The stillness, sharing and enquiry of 'Meeting in the Heart' supports what is arising in the expressive movement of 'Waking the Serpent' and vice versa. You are welcome to attend either or both.

Come as you are. All that is required is willingness, openness and a sincere heart. See www.sacredhearth.net/teaching-schedule.html for meeting times.
