Waterloo Bonfire Society
Annual Fete and ‘Night before the Fete’

On Sunday 30 June 2013 Waterloo Bonfire Society will be holding their traditional Annual Fete in the Paddock in Lewes. The gates open at 12noon when the Society’s Scottish Pipe and Drum Band, made up entirely from their own members, march down from their Headquarters at the Lamb in Fisher Street. The fete is very much a family day out with The Paddock full to bursting with stalls from other Bonfire Societies, community groups and local traders, providing a range of interesting items for sale as well as memorabilia, and a mix of games and competitions for all ages. With traditional funfair rides and arena events there will be no shortage of entertainment on offer.

In addition to this the Society will be repeating their successful free music event showcasing local bands at the Paddock in the ‘Night before the Fete’, on Saturday 29 June 2013. Entrance is FREE from 5.00pm, licensed bar and BBQ available from 5pm, music starts at 6pm.

The cost of hiring a 10ft pitch for charities/organisations is £10.00. Trade pitches are available for £15.00. If you would like to have a stall at our event, please contact Amanda French on either: amanda@waterloobonfire.co.uk or 07949836644
