The Feldenkrais Method offers a unique and practical way to realise our potential more fully. It is named after its originator, Moshe Feldenkrais (1904 - 1984), an engineer and physicist as well as a Judo teacher.
About Alex Croft
I have always been interested in the human body and how it moves. At eighteen I started to practice yoga and tai chi and by 21 I was in full time dance training. In 1993 I started a BA Hons. in dance theatre at The Laban Centre, which I completed in 1996.
