Latest Waterloo posts
Nobody else think it's a wind up? I think he'd be talking about Waterloo if it was serious!!
Anybody else notice the power go out just after midnight? Was just wondering how far it went; I'm in Waterloo Place and it was out for about 15 minutes. My phone signal went down as well. Very creepy!
The tubthumpers were not the only "bonfire" band on display last evening, Waterloo had their pipe and drum band out also. Why single out the cliffe for being there as bonfire people and not Waterloo? Perhaps the critical posters on here just don't like drumming bands and/or the Cliffe?
Lambretta - Bonfire Drummers have just as much to do with Christmas as Fireworks do, but you don't criticise the evening starting with fireworks. Maybe you like fireworks but not drummers?
Spongebob - You are Rick Allen and I claim my five pounds!
Carole - What tune were they trying to be in with? It's called Rhythm, a method that would have been well employed by your parents perhaps!
Myself, I think that both the tubthumpers and pipes & drums were pretty good.
Waterloo dinner ? what like i did last year, and the year before and the year before that....???? Has my other half ever been to a waterloo dinner ?
Exactly, there's your answer.
Are you Mrs De Vere, the teacher at St pancras school ?
Ooh Spongebob, don't say that to your neighbours!!! By the way, are you going to the Waterloo dinner with your other half this year?
