Yes. My next door neighbour is outside his house. It looks like the pictures were taken mid April last year.
There are no areas to avoid in Lewes. You can find morons, noisy and inconsiderate neighbours in just about any residential housing area, whether the houses cost £200K or £500K.
I heard the land belongs to Crispin, a local farmer. In which case I guess it's up to Crispin and not the Anchor Inn to kick you off.
Doesn't the Ouse footpath go past there anyway - isn't there some sort of right of way ? And as for banning other boats - quite riduculous
